The Cleanser
What are the ingredients?
You will not find a higher quality butt wiping formulation on the market. Saintly’s dermatologist tested cleanser meets the strictest criteria of the EWG’s Skin Deep database. We’ve also sprinkled in organic aloe, vitamin E and organic oat kernel to help soothe your skin after every poop.

Is Saintly septic safe?
Yes! Saintly uses the toilet paper you're already flushing—eliminating the need for non-woven based wipes, which is what can cause septic damage. The cleansing fluid is biodegradable and not antibacterial, so it does not interfere with your septic tank’s functionality.
Can I use it with any toilet paper?
Yes! Any 2 ply toilet paper brand is perfect. Honestly, it even works well with 1 ply TP, but you’re too successful for that.
Saintly uses a high-viscosity foam that sits on top of your toilet paper — preserving its integrity and your dignity. The result feels just like using a wet wipe. Your butt will not even notice.
Do I need to rinse the cleanser off?
No, the foam does not need to be rinsed off. Saintly uses the same style of no-rinse cleanser that you find in a baby wipe or flushable wipe.
However we do recommend wiping it off with a piece of dry TP, so you don’t leave the bathroom with a damp bum!

How do you set up the dispenser?
How do refills work?
Every Clean Butt Kit already includes 1 cleanser pouch, which lasts about a month for a family of 4.
A Refill Pack of cleanser comes with 3 pouches for $36, shipped as a one-time purchase or on subscription.

How do I mount it on my wall?
It takes less than 2 minutes, without tools or installation. Every Clean Butt Kit includes bathroom-specific 3M strips, which work perfectly on painted wall or tile.
The Kit also comes with carpenter screws, if you’re inclined to screw it into your wall (honestly, no need), and there’s an optional base stand available for purchase if you would rather place it on top of any flat surface instead.
What wall surfaces work well with the 3M strips?
It works perfectly with any smooth surface like painted wall, tile & laminate. We just don’t recommend it for wallpaper.
How do I charge it?
Each Kit includes a standard USB-C cable that plugs directly into the removable and rechargeable battery. One full charge will last for around 6 months!
To remove the battery, lift off the magnetic faceplate and open the battery door (it opens similarly to a Canon Camera battery door).
I lost my charger, help!
The charger is your standard USB-C cable. Just search on Amazon and you should be able to find a replacement charger for a few bucks.
What do the flashing lights mean?
Red light blinking = low on battery (approximately 10% left)
White light blinking = low on cleanser (approximately 20% of the pouch is left)

Will I be notified before my subscription refill order ships?
Of course! We’ll send you an email 3 days before your subscription renews. You can make changes or cancel anytime before your order ships.
Is it a pain if I want to pause or cancel my subscription?
No, we hate that! It's a breeze to Manage Your Subscription.

What is your return policy?
If you don’t absolutely love Saintly, we offer a risk-free, no questions asked 30 day return policy.
Just reply to the Saintly order confirmation email you receive within 30 days of your delivery date to request a pre-paid label, or email greetings@saintly.life to start the process. Return shipping is always free!
How do I start the return process?

Do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping is FREE!
And if Saintly isn't for you, return shipping is also free (we send you a prepaid shipping label).
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days of the order date.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouses in California and Pennsylvania.
Help, my order says delivered but I don't see it anywhere.
Shipping carriers occasionally mark packages as “delivered” before they’re dropped off.
If you still haven’t received your package within 2 business days, let us know by emailing greetings@saintly.life.
